If you’re like most people you probably have a few small goals in life – for example, you might want to get some exercise three times a week, or perhaps spend some time learning a language.
The problem, for most of us at least, is trying to find the time to fit these goals into our busy schedules.
Enter Google Calendar – a new Goals feature being rolled out in Google Calendar for iOS and Android will allow you to set a goal in your calendar.
Unlike normal reminders and events in the Calendar, setting a goal will have Google Calendar ask you how often and the preferred times you want and then it will set reminders when you have free time in your schedule.
Apparently, Google Calendar will actually learn from your habits and will be able to schedule better times for your goals the more you use it.
Incidentally, we’ve checked out both the iOS and Android versions of Google Calendar and so far the feature has not been rolled out in this country yet, although it’s likely to happen very soon.
